BRIYANI GAM JOHOR
The main menu is prepared in our restaurant ‘Briyani
Gam Johor’. This dish is very popular in Johor with the taste of its own. Cooked
by inserting chunks of meat that has been marinated overnight in a pot with the
'layers' of rice. Spice herbal aroma and flavor that fat can make anyone want
to try again.
